摘要
针对目前因岩巷掘进速度与机械化采煤速度不匹配而导致采掘不连续等问题,基于已有的研究结果,阐述了传统的岩巷掘进技术,并在此基础上,结合机理研究及数值模拟分析,优化支护形式、爆破参数以及炮眼布置,采用液压钻车组合侧卸装岩机组合设备等,提升了岩巷掘进速度,对今后岩巷掘进工作有着重大的参考与应用价值。
In view of the problems such as the mismatch between excavation speed and mechanized coal mining speed,this paper expounds the traditional roadway excavation technology based on some research results,and on this basis,combines the mechanism research and numerical simulation analysis,optimizes the support form,blasting parameters and hole arrangement,and adopts hydraulic drilling rig combined side unloading and loading equipment,etc.,which takes the XX working ground as the application object,improves the roadway driving speed and has great reference and application value for the future roadway excavation.
