摘要
针对坚硬厚灰岩层顶板巷道,在分析巷道地应力和围岩强度分布特征的基础上,研究了构造应力作用下巷道顶帮强度悬殊条件下围岩失稳破坏机理。通过数值模拟对比分析了不同支护参数的支护效果,提出了高刚度低密度顶帮协调支护技术。井下实践表明,高刚度低密度锚杆锚索支护技术可实现顶板协同支护,有效控制围岩变形,提高掘进速度,具有显著的技术经济效益和推广应用价值。
Based on the analysis of the distribution characteristics of roadway in-situ stress and surrounding rock strength,the failure mechanism of surrounding rock under structural stress is studied.The supporting effect of different supporting parameters is analyzed by numerical simulation,and the coordinated support technology of high stiffness and low density top support is put forward.The underground practice shows that the technology of high stiffness and low density bolt and anchor cable support can realize the roof cooperative support,effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock,and improve the tunneling speed,which has remarkable technical and economic benefits and popularization and application value.
