动压影响巷道超前注浆加固技术的应用 被引量:3

摘要 针对岳城煤矿1306工作面回采时巷道变形严重、现有煤柱支护难度大等难题,采用超前工作面注浆加固方式,注浆压力6~8 MPa,水灰质量比0.8~1.0。通过对现场围岩钻孔窥视和变形观测可知,超前工作面注浆后,顶底板煤体裂隙不发育,已有裂隙基本被浆液充满,工作面超前支护至动压影响100 m范围内,两帮平均移近量294 mm,顶底板平均移近量394 mm,巷道变形趋于稳定。 In view of the serious deformation of roadway and the difficulty of supporting coal pillar in 1306 working face of Yuecheng Coal Mine,the grouting pressure is 6~8 MPa,and the water cement ratio is 0.8~1.Through the observation of drilling hole and deformation of surrounding rock in the field,it can be seen that after grouting in the advanced working face,the cracks in the coal body of the top and bottom slab are not developed,the existing cracks are basically filled with slurry,and the average moving near amount of the two sides is 294 mm,and the average moving near amount of 394 mm,roadway deformation tends to be stable.
