综采设备快速搬迁工艺的应用研究

摘要 为了减少工作面搬迁时间,提高搬迁效率并保证安全,以1306工作面搬迁为背景,在对工作面过断层地质条件进行分析的基础上,设计整套搬迁方案,通过合理选择搬迁路径、优化末采工艺、加强临时支护和其他相应措施,大大缩短了搬迁时间。结果表明:采用快速搬迁工艺之后,1306工作面全部综采设备搬迁时间缩短了近20天,减少了对工作面回采的影响,同时确保了回撤、运输和安装过程中的安全。 In order to reduce the working face relocation time,improve the relocation efficiency and ensure safety,based on the 1306 working face relocation as the background,based on the analysis of the geological conditions of the working face over the fault,the whole set of relocation plan is designed,and the relocation time is greatly shortened by reasonably selecting the relocation path,optimizing the final mining process,strengthening the temporary support and other corresponding measures.The results show that the relocation time of all fully mechanized mining equipment in 1306 face is shortened by nearly 20 days,and the influence on mining face is reduced,and the safety during evacuation,transportation and installation is ensured.
