摘要
针对煤矿井下辅助运输设备结构复杂、类型多样、数量众多,其耗能比例大,以漳村煤矿WC5J煤矿用防爆无轨胶轮车为试验对象,开展了二次调节静液驱动技术在煤矿辅助运输设备中的应用研究。应用实践表明,应用二次调节静液驱动技术,提高了能源利用效率,降低了辅助运输成本,节能效果显著。
In view of the complex structure,various types and large quantity of auxiliary transportation equipment in coal mine,and the large proportion of energy consumption,the application of secondary regulating hydrostatic driving technology in auxiliary transportation equipment of coal mine is carried out with the explosion-proof and trackless rubber wheel car for Zhangcun coal mine WC5J coal mine as the test object,which improves the energy utilization efficiency and reduces the auxiliary transportation cost,and the energy saving effect is remarkable.
