摘要 针对东曲选煤厂由洗煤压滤系统所获得产品的水分比例较高、存在煤泥堆积等问题,经分析是由于其压滤设备的可靠性差及对应工艺流程设计不合理所导致的。基于此,在分析选煤厂当前现状的基础上,以采用穿流式压滤机取代原压滤机的方式对压滤系统进行改造,并新建压滤系统工艺流程,为提升压滤系统工作效率和产品质量奠定基础。 In view of the high moisture ratio and the accumulation of slime in the products obtained by Dongqu coal washing pressure filtration system,the analysis is caused by the poor reliability of the pressure filtration equipment and the unreasonable design of the corresponding process flow.Based on this.Based on the analysis of the present situation of the coal preparation plant,the original filter press is reformed by the flow filter press,and the process flow of the new filter press system instecd of former filter press is built,which lays the foundation for improving the working efficiency and product quality of the filter press system.
