摘要
为了解决采煤机在综采作业过程中截割阻力频繁变化而导致的驱动电机超负荷运行、人工频繁调节所带来的电机使用寿命低、截割作业效率差的问题,提出了一种新的采煤机调速控制系统。该系统采用了模糊自适应控制模式,能够优化采煤机调速控制特性,提高采煤机截割作业时的效率和稳定性。
In order to solve the defects of overload operation,low service life and poor efficiency of cutting operation caused by frequent change of cutting resistance of shearer in fully mechanized mining operation,a new speed regulation control system of shearer is proposed,which adopts fuzzy adaptive control mode,which can optimize the control characteristics of shearer speed regulation and improve the efficiency and stability of shearer cutting operation.
