摘要
针对目前煤炭开采中的掘进问题,以EBZ260悬臂式掘进机为例,分析了其结构设计及其电控系统的硬件和软件设计。该掘进机结构以DCF-1控制器为核心,具有稳定性高、耐腐蚀的优点,可以满足不同工作状况下的掘进要求,提高了掘进机的自动化程度,保证了掘进工作的安全高效。
In view of the current tunneling problem in coal mining,a new tunneling machine structure design is proposed,and the electronic control system of the tunneling machine is optimized,including hardware and software design.After the design,the structure of the roadheader takes the DCF-1 controller as the core,and has the advantages of high stability and corrosion resistance,which can meet the requirements of the tunneling under different working conditions,improve the automation degree of the roadheader,and ensure the safety and efficiency of the tunneling work.
