摘要
针对煤矿井下采煤机在人工控制情况下易出现截割滚筒和采煤机护帮板相碰撞,影响煤矿井下综采作业效率和综采作业安全情况的问题,提出了一种基于机器视觉检测技术的采煤机截割滚筒防碰撞监控系统。对该系统的整体结构、监控设备布置、防碰撞控制操作等进行了分析,结果表明:利用护帮板视频监控方案实现对采煤机截割滚筒截割状态的调节,可有效避免截割滚筒和护帮板的碰撞,极大地提升了煤矿井下综采作业的安全性。
In view of the situation that the cutting drum and the shearer's guard board collide easily under the condition of manual control,which affects the efficiency and safety of fully mechanized coal mining operation,a collision-proof monitoring system of shearer's cutting drum based on machine vision detection technology is proposed.The whole structure of the system,the arrangement of the monitoring equipment and the anti-collision control operation are analyzed.The results show that the video monitoring scheme of the guard plate is used to adjust the cutting state of the shearer cutting drum,which can effectively avoid the collision between the cutting drum and the guard plate,and greatly improve the safety of the fully mechanized coal mining operation.
