摘要
针对现有的提升机电液控制系统在使用过程中液压冲击大、制动力不可调,导致提升机制动时出现“硬制动”的现状,提出了一种新的矿井提升机电液控制系统。该系统采用了PID模糊控制算法,对提升机制动过程中的制动力进行判断,电磁比例溢流阀根据制动力需求调整开度大小,实现了对提升机的柔性制动控制,有效降低了制动时的冲击,提升了制动可靠性和稳定性。
In view of the current situation of hydraulic impact and non-adjustable braking force of the existing lifting electromechanical fluid control system,a new mine lifting electromechanical fluid control system is proposed.PID fuzzy control algorithm is used to judge the braking force in the moving process of the lifting mechanism.the electromagnetic proportional relief valve adjusts the opening degree according to the braking force demand,realizes the flexible braking control of the hoist,effectively reduces the impact during braking,and improves the braking reliability and stability.
