摘要
针对刮板输送机因在运行过程中带载启动频繁而存在着启动困难、振动冲击大、卡链保护稳定性差等问题,提出了一种新的刮板输送机自动调控系统。在该系统的设计中,采用了如下技术:采用了柔性启动原理对刮板输送机的启动特性对系统进行了优化,极大提升了系统的启动稳定性;对刮板输送机的启动控制采用了双闭环速度调控策略,有效提升了刮板输送机运行过程中速度调节的灵活性和精确性;对刮板输送机的卡链过载保护流程进行了优化,显著提升了卡链工况下的输送机的运行安全性。
A new automatic control system for scraper conveyor is proposed to deal with the problems of frequent start-up with load,difficulty of start-up,large vibration impact and poor stability of chain protection.The technologyies adopted to this equipment are following the flexible starting principle is used to optimize the starting characteristics of the scraper conveyor,which greatly improves the starting stability;the double closed-loop speed control strategy is used to control the starting of the scraper conveyor,which effectively improves the flexibility and accuracy of the speed adjustment during the operation of the scraper conveyor;the chain overload protection flow of the scraper conveyor is optimized,which significantly improves the safety of the conveyor under the chain clamping condition.
