摘要
针对目前井下综采作业自动化程度低、综采作业速度慢、经济性差的现状,研究一种新的煤矿井下高效综采作业技术。该技术方案采用智能化控制方案,将采煤机、刮板输送机及液压支架的运行进行联动控制,实现了井下综采面综采作业的无人化,根据实际应用表明,该智能化综采作业技术将井下综采面作业人员数量减少了52%,综采作业效率提升了24%,显著提升了煤矿井下综采作业的安全性和经济性。
In view of the low degree of automation,slow speed and poor economy of fully mechanized coal mining operation,this paper proposes a new high efficiency fully mechanized coal mining operation technology,which adopts intelligent control scheme to control the operation of shearer,scraper conveyor and hydraulic support.According to the practical application,the intelligent fully mechanized mining operation technology has reduced the underground fully mechanized mining surface workers by 52%,and the efficiency of fully mechanized mining operation has increased by 24%,which has significantly improved the safety and economy of underground fully mechanized mining operations in coal mines.
