摘要
针对提升系统在传统调速系统的控制下存在控制精度差、耗能大以及响应特性差的问题,提出了基于矢量控制的变频调速系统,并完成了变频调速系统中关键设备变频器的选型设计,为其设计了控制精度高、响应特性好的模糊矢量控制器。最后,经仿真分析验证了基于矢量控制的变频调速控制器具有优良的控制性能,可在提升系统中推广应用。
Aiming at the problems of poor control precision,large energy consumption and poor response characteristics of the lifting system under the control of the traditional speed regulation system,the frequency conversion speed regulation system based on vector control is proposed,and the selection design of the frequency converter of the key equipment in the frequency conversion speed regulation system is completed,and the fuzzy vector controller with high control precision and good response characteristics is designed for it.Finally,it is verified by simulation that the VFC based on vector control has excellent control performance and can be widely used in the lifting system.
