摘要
分析了引发开关保护器损坏的主要原因,探讨了开关保护器主要用到的一些关键技术与馈电开关微机保护器的关键技术,提出了部分矿用开关的具体维修方法,并对维修效果进行了测试。测试结果表明,经维修后的开关保护器运行良好,工作性能稳定,不仅有效降低了矿井生产成本,而且可为矿井后期的其他修旧利废工作的开展提供参考。
This paper analyzes the main causes of the damage of switch protector,discusses some key technologies used in switch protector and the key technology of microcomputer protector of feed switch,puts forward the specific maintenance method of some mine switch,and tests the maintenance effect.The test results show that the switch protector after maintenance is running well and the working performance is stable,which not only effectively reduces the production cost of the mine,but also provides a reference for the development of other work in the later stage of the mine.
