养老机构社会工作标准体系构建:路径与方法——基于重庆市Y养老机构的初步实践

How to Build a Social Work’s Standard System in the Old-age Care Institutions: Based on the Practice of Y Nursing Home in Chongqing

养老机构社会工作标准化是当前规范我国各类养老机构社会工作专业服务的重要内容,但在微观操作层面上,养老机构社会工作标准体系的构建目前尚面临着专业技术不足和脱离社会工作服务实际的双重压力。基于重庆市Y养老院的实践,养老机构社会工作标准体系的有效构建可以遵循以下路径:以标准科学理论原则来支撑标准体系构建方法技术的形成;以服务业国家标准体系为基础来搭建标准体系框架;以自下而上原则来梳理社会工作实际内容;将社会工作各项业务按照标准属性归类融入标准体系当中。以上环节紧密衔接,层层递进,形成一个可供参照的养老机构社会工作服务标准体系构建的微观操作架构。

The standardization of social work in old-age care institutions is an important content to standardize the professional services of social work in various old-age care institutions in China. However, at the micro operation level, the construction of social work’s standard system in old-age care institutions still faces the dual pressure of insufficient professional technology and separation from the reality of social work services.
