我国转基因国家标准的现状与对策研究

Study on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of China’s Transgenic National Standards

本文以转基因领域的国家标准和农业部公告为基础,利用主题和语义分析,以及词频统计的方法,构建了基于国家标准和基于农业部公告的概念关系图谱。得出结论:目前国家标准的制定,仍然停留在检测水平。农业部公告中涉及的转基因技术内容比国家标准(GB)更为宽泛和深入。转基因标准的制定急待完善顶层设计,并构建出覆盖转基因全技术流程的安全标准体系。转基因标准的制定,应以生物安全为核心,以环境安全为底线。

Based on GB standards and the Announcement of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in the field of transgenic,this article constructs a conceptual relationship map based on GB standards and the Announcement of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs by using the methods of subject and semantic analysis and word frequency statistics.Conclusion:at present,the development of GB standards is still at the field of testing methods.The content of transgenic technology in the Announcement of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs is broader and deeper than GB standards.The development of transgenic standards needs to improve the top-level design and build a safety standards system covering the whole process of transgenic technology.The development of transgenic standards should take biosafety as the core and environmental safety as the bottom line.
