中外货运集装箱标准体系对比研究

Comparative Study on Chinese, German and International Standards Systems Regarding Freight Containers

为使我国货运集装箱标准体系与国际接轨,提升我国自主标准的输出能力和国际标准的转化效率,本文对国际标准化组织(ISO)、国际海事组织(IMO)、德国和我国标准机构发布的货运集装箱标准进行了比较研究,梳理了各自的标准体系。在比对的基础上,构建了货运集装箱标准体系。此外,基于对我国自主知识产权标准的研究,提出了我国货运集装箱标准国际化建议。

In order to make Chinese standards of freight containers in line with international standards, enhance the international level of Chinese standards, and facilitate their transformation into international standards, this paper makes a comparative study of freight container standards by ISO, IMO, Germany and China, and elaborates their standards systems respectively. On this basis, it develops a standards system of freight containers and puts forward some suggestions for internationalization of Chinese standards in respect of freight containers, based on a study of standards with intellectual property rights.
