摘要
欧洲标准化协会(CEN)、欧洲电工标准化协会(CENELEC)、欧洲电信标准协会(ETSI)分别建立了铁路标准化技术委员会,分别开展不同领域欧洲铁路标准的制定工作。本文首先分析了欧洲铁路标准化技术组织、欧洲铁路标准的现状,从重视与ISO和IEC国际标准化组织的合作、保持与国际铁路联盟UIC的合作、标准化的重点是支持欧盟铁路法规、欧洲铁路标准具有自愿和强制双重属性等方面分析研究了欧洲标准化的特点。
CEN, CENELEC and ETSI have respectively established technical committees on railway standardization to develop railway standards in different fields in Europe. This paper analyzes the current state of technical committees and standards for railway in Europe. The characteristics of railway standardization in Europe are analyzed and studied from different aspects, including attaching great importance to the cooperation with ISO and IEC, maintaining the cooperation with UIC, focusing on supporting railway regulations in EU, and the voluntary and mandatory attributes of European railway standards.
