中文版关节保护自我效能感量表在类风湿性关节炎病人中的应用研究

Application of Chinese version of Joint Protection Self-Efficacy Scale in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

[目的]对关节保护自我效能感量表(Joint Protection Self-Efficacy Scale,JP-SES)进行汉化并评价中文版JP-SES在类风湿性关节炎病人中的信度和效度。[方法]依据量表翻译模式,对英文版JP-SES进行翻译、回译和文化调适。采用随机取样的方法选取2018年1月—2018年12月就诊于我院风湿科的200例类风湿性关节炎病人,对其进行调查,并对调查数据进行信效度检验。[结果]中文版JP-SES在类风湿性关节炎病人中应用的Cronbach'sα系数为0.96,Guttman分半信度系数为0.93,重测信度系数为0.84。各条目得分之间相关系数为0.502~0.878,各条目得分与JP-SES总分的相关系数为0.501~0.804(P<0.05)。4名专家对中文版JP-SES进行评分,内容效度指数(CVI)为0.812~1.000,总体一致性CVI为0.840,平均CVI为0.820。采用主成分分析法进行探索性因子分析,经方差正交旋转后得到2个公因子,累计方差贡献率为49.81%;验证性因子分析证明模型契合度良好。中文版JP-SES各条目得分及总分与RASE总分均呈正相关(P<0.05)。[结论]中文版JP-SES评价类风湿性关节炎病人具有良好的信度和效度,对评价我国类风湿性关节炎病人关于关节保护自我效能感具有应用价值。

Objective:To translate English version of Joint Protection Self-Efficacy Scale(JP-SES)into Chinese version,and to test its reliability and validity in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:According to translation mode of scale,interpretative translation,back translation and cross-cultural adaptation of English version of JP-SES were performed.Finally,200 patients with rheumatoid arthritis who admitted in rheumatology department in our hospital,were selected by random sampling from January 2018 to December 2018.The investigation was carried out among selected patients.And reliability and validity of survey data were tested.Results:Cronbach's α coefficient of Chinese version of JP-SES in patients with rheumatoid arthritis was 0.96.Guttman's semi-reliability coefficient was 0.93.And retest reliability coefficient was 0.84.The correlation coefficients between each item's score were from 0.502 to 0.878.And correlation coefficients between each item's score and total score of JP-SES were from 0.501 to 0.804(P<0.05).The Chinese version of JP-SES was rated by four experts.The content validity indexes(CVI)were from 0.812 to 1.000.Overall consistency CVI was 0.840,and average CVI was 0.820.The principal component analysis method was used for exploratory factor analysis.And two common factors were obtained,after orthogonal rotation of variance.Cumulative variance contribution rate was 49.81%.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that model fitted well.The scores of items and total score of the Chinese version of JP-SES were positively correlated with total score(P<0.05).Conclusions:Chinese version of JP-SES has good reliability and validity in evaluating patients with rheumatoid arthritis.And it has application value in evaluating self-efficacy of joint protection in patients with rheumatoid arthritis in China.
