基于德尔菲法构建育龄期女性生殖健康自我护理能力量表

Establishment of self-care ability scale for reproductive health of female at childbearing age based on Delphi method

[目的]基于德尔菲法构建育龄期女性生殖健康自我护理能力量表。[方法]参考Orem自护理论,通过查阅文献、半结构访谈初步构建育龄期女性生殖健康自我护理能力量表,对国内20名专家进行3轮德尔菲专家咨询,并对咨询结果进行汇总。[结果]通过3轮德尔菲专家咨询,构建的育龄期女性生殖健康自我护理能力量表包含6个一级条目,18个二级条目,49个三级条目。3轮专家咨询问卷回收率分别为100.00%、95.00%、94.47%,专家咨询权威系数分别为0.898,0.913,0.911,专家咨询的意见协调系数分别为0.189,0.269,0.392,显著性检验均P<0.05。[结论]咨询专家具有较高的积极性和较好的代表性,权威程度高,协调性较好。基于德尔菲法构建的育龄期女性生殖健康自我护理能力量表科学性强、可靠性好,可作为评价育龄期女性生殖健康自我护理能力的测评工具。

Objective:To construct self-care ability scale for reproductive health of female at childbearing age based on Delphi method.Methods:Referring to Orem's self-care theory,taking literature review and semi-structured interviews,self-care ability scale for reproductive health of female at childbearing age was initially constructed.Three rounds of Delphi expert consultations were conducted among 20 domestic experts.Then,results of consultations were summarized.Results:Through three rounds of Delphi expert consultations,self-care ability scale for reproductive health of female at childbearing age containing 6 first-level items,18 second-level items,and 49 third-level items,was constructed.Recovery rates of three rounds of expert consultation questionnaires were 100.00%,95.00%,and 94.47%respectively.Authority coefficients of expert consultation were 0.898,0.913 and 0.911 respectively.Coordination coefficients of expert consultation opinion were 0.189,0.269,and 0.392 respectively.The significance tests showed that all P<0.05.Conclusions:Consulation experts are characterized by higher enthusiasm,better representativeness,high authority and good coordination.The constructed self-care ability scale for reproductive health of female at childbearing age based on Delphi method is scientific and reliable.It can be used as an assessment tool for evaluating self-care ability of reproductive health of women at childbearing age.
