护理结局分类系统在糖尿病病人健康教育效果评价中的应用研究 被引量:13

摘要 [目的]探讨护理结局分类系统在糖尿病病人健康教育效果评价中的应用效果。[方法]采用方便抽样法选取太原市某所三级甲等医院2019年6月—2019年10月入院的2型糖尿病病人177例作为研究对象,应用护理结局分类相关结局指标对其进行自我管理知识掌握情况评估后给予针对性的健康教育。比较病人干预前后自我管理知识技能掌握情况。[结果]干预后,糖尿病病人用药知识、饮食与运动、疾病知识、监测和预防知识、治疗原则得分及自我管理知识总分均高于干预前,且不同特征的糖尿病病人自我管理知识与干预前相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]将护理结局分类系统应用于临床糖尿病病人健康教育评价中,有利于提升病人自我管理知识水平。 Objective:To probe into application effect of nursing outcome classification system in health education effect evaluation of diabetic patients.Methods:A total of 177 patients with type 2 diabetes,who were admitted in a tertiary grade A hospital in Taiyuan City from June 2019 to October 2019,were selected as research subjects by using convenient sampling method.The mastery degree of knowledge was evaluated by using relevant outcome indicators of nursing outcome classification system.Then the targeted health education was advocated among patients.Self-management knowledge and skills of patients were compared before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,diabetes patients'medication knowledge,diet and exercise,disease knowledge,monitoring and prevention knowledge,treatment principle score and total score of self-management knowledge were all higher than those before intervention.In addition,there was statistical difference on self-management knowledge of diabetic patients with different characteristics before and after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusions:Applying nursing outcome classification system into the health education evaluation of clinical diabetic patients,which is beneficial to improve their knowledge level of self-management.
