摘要
永磁同步电机(PMSM)控制系统在民用领域和军用领域如机器人、雷达控制、光电转台等方面均有着重要应用。GD32F450作为国产化高性能处理器,具有丰富的电机控制外设,在国内芯片自主可控的背景下,十分适合应用于电机控制系统。针对一款低压PMSM,设计了伺服驱动电路。针对常用的PI速度控制器容易出现超调现象的问题,使用滑模速度控制器替代,与PI控制相比,可实现速度控制更加平滑,试验结构证明了方案的合理性。
Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)control system has important applications in civil and military fields such as robot,radar control and photoelectric turntable.GD32F450,as a domestic high-performance processor,has a wealth of motor control peripherals.It is very suitable for motor control system under the background of independent and controllable chip in China.A servo drive circuit is designed for a low-voltage PMSM.In view of the common PI speed controller prone to overshoot,the sliding mode speed controller is used instead.Compared with the PI control,the speed control can be smoother.The test structure proves the rationality of the scheme.
