白色紫锥菊不定根提取工艺对酪氨酸酶活性抑制的影响

Effect of extraction conditions of adventitious roots of Echinacea pallida(Nutt.)Nutt on inhibiting tyrosinase activity

为筛选白色紫锥菊不定根提取物抑制酪氨酸酶活性的最佳提取工艺,该试验在不同提取时间、提取温度、提取次数和料液比条件下对不定根进行了提取,并通过调查各提取物对酪氨酸酶活性抑制率,确定各因素适宜水平。根据单因素试验结果进行了正交设计试验,优化了提取条件。结果表明:在提取时间2h、提取温度70℃、提取次数1次、料液比为1∶40(g∶mL)的条件下提取的白色紫锥菊不定根提取物对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制效果最佳,抑制率为57.4%。

To select an optimal extraction conditions of adventitious roots in Echinacea pallidafor inhibiting tyrosinase activity,the effects of extracts from different extraction conditions,namely,extraction duration,temperature,and times,and the ratio of material and liquid on inhibitory rate of tyrosinase activity were investigated in the single factor experiments.Afterwards,orthogonal design experiment was performed to optimize the extraction conditions.The results showed that the optimized extraction conditions were as follows:extraction time 2 h,extraction temperature 70℃,extraction times once,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶40(g∶mL),the best inhibitory effect on tyrosinase activity was obtained,the inhibition rate was 57.4%.
