摘要
为探究红景天提取物对糖尿病小鼠血糖的调节作用,试验采用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立糖尿病动物模型,将试验分为空白组、模型组、红景天提取物低、中、高剂量组,以及盐酸二甲双胍阳性对照组。对小鼠灌胃4周,期间测定小鼠体重以及空腹血糖值(FBG)的变化,灌胃结束后对小鼠进行葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT),眼球取血,并测定脏器系数以及血液生化指标。结果表明:红景天提取物组能够有效缓解小鼠体重的降低,且能显著降低小鼠的FBG(P<0.05),提高小鼠血清中SOD水平,降低TC、TG、GHb和MDA的水平,且高剂量组效果好于中、低剂量组。因此,红景天提取物能够对糖尿病小鼠在血糖以及各项生化指标上起到调节作用,从而改善糖尿病症状。
In order to investigate the regulatory effect of Rhodiola rosea extract on blood glucose in mice,an animal model of diabetes was established by intraperitoneal streptozotocin(STZ)injection.The experiment was divided into blank group,model group,low,medium and high doses of Rhodiola rosea extract groups,and metformin hydrochloride positive control group.During four weeks of gavage,the changes of body weight and fasting blood glucose(FBG)were measured.After gavage,the mice were subjected to glucose tolerance test(OGTT);blood was collected by eyeball extirpatin and the viscera coefficient and blood biochemical indexes were determined.The results showed that Rhodiola rosea extract groups could effectively alleviate the weight loss of mice,significantly reduce FBG of mice(P<0.05),increase the level of serum SOD,and lower the levels of serum TC,TG,GHb and MDAof mice.And the effect of high dose group was better than that of medium and low dose groups.Therefore,we believe that Rhodiola roseaextract can improve the symptoms of diabetes by regulating blood glucose and various biochemical indicatorsin diabetic mice.
