大体积承台混凝土施工控制措施

In some modern high-rise buildings, the pilecap is one of the key components of the whole building structure. In order to meet the load requirements of the pile cap, mass concrete is usually selected for pouring construction. In many construction projects in the past, cracks often occurred in the pile cap, which posed a threat to the quality and safety of the building. Therefore,in the on-site construction, strict construction control measures must be taken to improve the construction quality of the pile cap.Taking a certain project as an example, this paper first introduces the preparation items needed before the construction of mass cap concrete, including technical disclosure, material preparation, etc., and then, combined with the construction process, focuses on formwork installation, concrete pouring and vibration, technical key points such as temperature measurement and maintenance operation,and finally summarizes some matters needing attention in construction management.
