摘要
为评估公路隧道机电系统技术状况,文章提出了一种基于层次分析法和模糊综合评价的评价体系和评价方法。评价体系由对象集、指标集和评价集构成。其中,指标集要素采用层次结构,覆盖了公路隧道五大机电子系统设备设施,并结合专家法对要素进行了重要性分配。评价方法采用定性定量结合的方法,对设备设施单因素的评估可通过其技术要求结合模糊统计方法判断后计算。结合实际算例结果可知,评估等级隶属度能够直观清晰的反映系统整体以及局部不同准则要素的技术状态。
In order to evaluate the technical status of mechanical and electrical system of highway tunnel,this paper puts forward an evaluation system and method based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The evaluation system consists of object set,index set and evaluation set.Among them,the elements of the index set adopt a hierarchical structure,covering the equipment and facilities of five major mechanical and electronic sub-systems of the highway tunnel,and assign the importance of the elements combined with the Delphi Method.As to the evaluation method,this study adopts the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,and the evaluation of single factors of equipment and facilities can be judged by its technical requirements combined with the fuzzy statistical method.Combined with the results of practical examples,the evaluation grade membership degree can directly and clearly reflect the technical status of different criteria elements of the system as a whole and as a part.
