高层民用建筑设计中绿色建筑设计的应用探讨

在当前城市快速发展的新形势下,由于城市建设用地十分紧缺,在这种情况下,城市建筑开始向高层和超高层方向发展。随着高层民用建筑的增多,建筑能耗高的问题也越来越受到关注。在当前高层民用建筑设计过程中,需要重视绿色建筑设计理念的应用,进一步提高高层民用建筑的节能性、环保性,从而为居民打造一个良好的居住环境。文章从绿色建筑内涵入手,分析了高层民用建筑中绿色建筑设计的基本要求,并进一步阐述了高层民用建筑设计中绿色建筑设计的应用。

Under the new situation of the rapid development of the city,due to the shortage of urban construction land,urban buildings begin to develop in the direction of high-rise and super-high-rise buildings.With the increase of high-rise civil buildings,the problem of high energy consumption of buildings has been paid more and more attention.In the current design process of highrise civil buildings,we need to pay attention to the application of green building design concept,and further improve the energy saving and environmental protection of high-rise civil buildings,so as to create a good living environment for residents.Starting with the connotation of green building,this paper analyzes the basic requirements of green building design in high-rise civil buildings,and further expounds the application of green building design in high-rise civil building design.
