摘要
士官作为我军人才队伍建设的重要组成部分,承担着装备操作使用、维护保障和指挥管理等职责。优化士官激励机制,能够进一步提升我军战斗力。首先,探讨了新时代我军士官激励机制的现实需求及相关理论内容;其次,基于理论分析结果对士官激励机制进行了重构设计;最后,探索了完善激励机制的新路径。
As an important part of the construction of PLA′s talent team,non-commissioned officers undertake the responsibilities of equipment operation,maintenance and command management.Optimizing the incentive mechanism for non-commissioned officers can further improve the combat effectiveness of the army.This paper discusses the relevant contents of the practical needs of the incentive mechanism on a theoretical basis.The incentive mechanism of the officers is reconstructed and established with an exploration into a new way to its perfection.
