海军装备保障智库内涵式发展路径研究

Research on connotative development path of think tank for naval equipment support

依托海军院校建设海军装备保障智库,既是新时代海军装备保障高质量发展的客观需要,也是建设一流院校的重要组成部分。智库功能的充分发挥和履职尽责能力的有效提升,要求智库走内涵式发展的道路。从海军装备保障智库内涵式发展的科学概念和重要意义出发,提出了建设由人才队伍、运行机制构成的基础层,以及由装备保障情报资料体系、海军装备保障决策研训系统构成的工具层的内涵式发展路径,为海军装备保障智库健康快速发展提供参考。

As one of the tasks of naval colleges and universities,the construction of a professional think tank for naval equipment support is not only the objective need of high-quality development of naval equipment support in the new era,but also an important part of building a first-class military academy.The full play of the functions and the effective improvement of the abilities of the think tank require a connotative development road.In view of the scientific concept and significance of the connotation development,this paper proposes the path of building the basic layer composed of the talent team and the operation mechanism,and the tool layer composed of the equipment support information system and the decision-making research and training system,so as to provide a reference for the rapid and healthy development of the think tank.
