摘要
充分、有效、可信的专利价值分析是确定专利使用费的重要前置工作。与大多数研究专利评估的文献呈现的观点不同,分析论证了重置成本法对于装备采购中的专利价值分析的适用性。根据专利规避设计理念对专利重置成本的概念进行了适当的延拓,给出了重置成本评估方法的实施步骤,并结合实例演示了基于专利重置成本的专利价值分析过程。
Full,effective and reliable analysis of patent value is an important pre-work to determine the royalty.Different from most of the research of patent evaluation,this paper analyzes the applicability of the replacement cost method for value analysis of patent in equipment procurement.By properly expanding the concept of the patent replacement cost according to the idea of sidestepping patent,the process of cost method is given with a specific application example.
