摘要
对美国体育教师专业标准的研制主体、整体框架和具体内容进行了分析,认为其对我国体育教师专业标准研制的启示如下:应尽快研制体育教师专业标准,提高体育教师专业地位;构建合理的标准研发机制,支持利益相关者共同研发;关注体育教师专业标准的国际性,尊重本土文化差异性。
The paper analyzes the main body,the whole frame and the concrete content of the professional standard of PE teachers in US,and points out that its enlightenment to the professional standard of PE teachers in China include that it is necessary to develop the professional standard of PE teachers as soon as possible and improve the professional status of PE teachers,to construct a reasonable standard research and development mechanism to support the joint research and development of stakeholders,to pay attention to the international nature of PE teachers'professional standards and respect the differences of local culture.
