基于金融科技背景的金融专业人才培养模式创新研究

金融科技在改变金融服务的形式和内容的同时,也导致金融人才的需求结构发生改变,由此现行的金融人才培养模式也要发生变革。目前高校在金融科技教育方面的探索还处在初期阶段,专业课程体系、教学内容、教学方法等存在很多问题,因此,要注重学科交叉,优化课程体系设置,推动金融科技相关课程建设;创新金融教学模式与教学手段;推动金融科技创新实验室建设,夯实金融科技实践教学基地;加强高水平金融科技教学团队建设,从而提高金融科技背景下金融专业的人才培养质量。

The FinTech changes the form and content of financial services,and also leads to a change in the demand structure of financial talents.As a result,the current model of financial talent training will change.At present,the exploration of FinTech education in universities is still in its early stages,and there are many problems with the professional curriculum system,teaching content,and teaching methods.Therefore,we should pay attention to cross disciplines,optimize the curriculum system,and promote the construction of FinTech related courses;innovative financial teaching model and teaching means;promote the construction of FinTech innovation laboratories and consolidate FinTech practice teaching bases;strengthen the building of a high-level teaching team in FinTech to improve the training quality of financial professionals.
