基于培养边疆基层全科医生的《内科学》课程岗位需求调研

目的针对培养基层全科医生的《内科学》课程开展岗位需求调研,为教学改革提供依据。方法红河州卫生健康委员会以红头文件向各县(市)卫计局发放调查问卷共180份,针对《内科学》课程中58种内科疾病在基层医疗岗位诊治的频率进行调研,并对180份有效问卷进行统计分析。结果在基层医疗诊治中诊治频率最高的内科疾病包括急性上呼吸道感染和慢性支气管炎;诊治频率较高的内科疾病包括急性胃炎、慢性胃炎和糖尿病;诊治频率一般的内科疾病包括慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺炎、原发性高血压、消化性溃疡、结核性腹膜炎、尿路感染和痛风;其余内科疾病在基层医疗诊治中遇到的频率均比较小。结论这些结果可以为以岗位胜任力需求为导向的教学改革提供依据。

Objective Job requirements research on the internal medicine course was carried out to provide a basis for teaching reform to cultivate the general practitioner for grassroots.Methods To investigate the frequency of diagnosis and treatment of 58 medical diseases of the internal medicine courses,Honghe Prefecture Health and Wellness Committee distributed 180 questionnaires to the county health bureaus with red-headed documents.Finally,the validated 180 cases were statistically analyzed.Results The most frequently diagnosed medical diseases in primary medical care include acute upper respiratory tract infection and chronic bronchitis;The more frequently diagnosed medical diseases in primary medical care include acute gastritis,chronic gastritis and diabetes;The generally more frequently diagnosed medical diseases in primary medical care include chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,pneumonia,essential hypertension,peptic ulcer,tuberculous peritonitis,urinary tract infection and gout;The remaining medical diseases have encountered with relatively small frequencies in primary medical care.Conclusion These results can provide a basis for post-competitive demand-oriented teaching reform.
