校企共建学生工作室的运行机制研究

以江苏城市职业学院机电专业校企共建学生工作室为研究对象,探讨校企合作深度融合中校企共建学生工作室的运行机制,深入分析高等职业院校校企合作深度融合的方式方法。通过建立校企共建学生工作室,以实现校企之间互惠互助和可持续稳定发展;通过校企共建学生工作室的实践探索和不断创新,将专业建在产业链上,推动学校和企业之间产教融合的高质量稳定发展。

Taking the school-enterprise co-construction student studio of mechanical and electrical major of The City Vocational College of Jiangsu as the research object,this paper discusses the operation mechanism of school-enterprise co-construction student studio of school-enterprise cooperation,and deeply analyzes the ways and methods of in-depth integration of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges.Through the establishment of school-enterprise co-construction of student studios,to achieve mutual benefit and sustainable and stable development between the university and enterprise;Through the practice exploration and continuous innovation of school-enterprise co-construction of student studios,the major is built on the industrial chain,and the high-quality and stable development of the integration of industry and education between the school and enterprises is promoted.
