西北农林院校研究生奖助制度问题及研究——以S大学为例

研究生奖助制度改革是研究生教育与管理的重要组成部分,而奖助育人又是一项重要的长期工作。当前,我国高校经费来源不均衡,奖助体系有待优化,导致研究生奖助学金制度存在一些问题,体制建设需要进一步健全完善。西北农林院校应积极争取外部资源支持,从政策制定、资金配置、制度完善等方面,构建更加科学合理的奖助学金体制,促进奖助项目评定的规范化发展,进一步优化研究生的奖助制度,突出和保障研究生的奖助工作,形成合力,奖助育人。

The reform of graduate student award and assistance system is an important part of graduate student education and management,and award and assistance education is an important long-term work.At present,the sources of funding for universities in our country are not balanced,and the award and assistance system needs to be optimized,resulting in some problems in the postgraduate award and grant system.The system construction needs to be further improved.Northwestern Agricultural and Forestry College should actively seek external resources to support,build a more scientific and reasonable award and grant system from the aspects of policy formulation,fund allocation and system improvement,promote the standardized development of award and grant project evaluation,further optimize the award and grant system for graduate students,highlight and protect the award and grant work for graduate students,form a joint force,and award and assist in educating people.
