摘要
随着我校向应用型高校的转型发展,有针对性地改变各学科专业的人才培养模式,基于目标导向,才能有效提高人才培养质量。文章首先分析了我校矿物加工专业在人才培养方面存在的不足,在此基础上,从调整培养方案开始提出了如何培养应用型人才的一些思考和建议。
With the transformation and development from our university to the application-oriented university,we should change the personnel training mode of each discipline and specialty,and based on the goal orientation,the quality of personnel training will be effectively improved.This paper first analyzes the shortcomings of mineral processing specialty in personnel training in our university,on this basis,from the adjustment of training program,and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on how to train application-oriented talents.
