摘要 长链非编码RNAs(lncRNAs)是一类长度大于200 nt的非编码RNAs,可以在转录、转录后及表观修饰等多个水平上调节靶基因的表达,进而调控生命活动。近年来有关lncRNAs的研究逐渐增多,其作用范围几乎覆盖了生命活动的各个方面。本文主要对lncRNAs的基本特征、分类和功能,以及国内外对于猪经济性状、繁殖性状、疾病相关lncRNA的高通量测序与鉴定、表达和功能等研究现状进行综述,以期为以后猪lncRNA的研究提供参考。 China is a big pig production country, and pork is the main meat of people’s daily consumption. Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs) is a type of non-coding RNAs with a transcription length greater than 200 nt, which can regulate the expression of target genes through many pathways such as in transcription level, post-transcriptional level and epigenetic modification level, and then regulate life activities of animals. In recent years, the research on lncRNAs has gradually increased, its functional scope covers almost all aspects of life activities, and some lncRNAs have been shown to play important regulatory roles in the process of fat development. The authors reviews the basic characteristics, classification and function of lncRNAs, as well as the research status of high-throughput sequencing and identification, expression and function of nc RNA in pig economic traits, reproduction traits and disease at home and abroad, in order to provide some useful information for the study of lncRNA in the future.
