产前添加过瘤胃胆碱对围产期奶牛生产性能和肝脏功能的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Prepartum Supplementation of Rumen Protected Choline on Production Performance and Hepatic Function in Transition Dairy Cows

摘要 为探讨产前添加过瘤胃胆碱对围产期奶牛生产性能和肝脏功能的影响,选取产前30~40 d的经产干奶牛20头,随机分为对照组和试验组。在产前21 d至分娩阶段,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组基础日粮中添加过瘤胃胆碱(30 g/d);分别于预产期前7 d及产后0、7、14 d采血并分离血清,检测血清生化指标和其他代谢物浓度;于产后1~15 d记录产奶量,产后30 d时采集乳汁并分析乳成分。结果表明:产前添加过瘤胃胆碱增加了奶牛产后1~15 d的日均产奶量(P<0.05),降低了血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶和乳酸脱氢酶活性(P<0.05),降低了血清总蛋白、球蛋白和胆固醇水平(P<0.05)。上述结果表明,产前21 d至分娩时添加过瘤胃胆碱30 g/d能显著提高奶牛泌乳早期的产奶量,改善肝脏功能。 In order to investigate the effect of prepartum supplementation of rumen protected choline(RPC)on the production performance and hepatic function in transition dairy cows,twenty multiparous cows of day-40^-30 relative to the expected calving date were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group.From 21 days before calving date,the control group was fed with basal diet,and the experimental group was fed with RPC(30 g/d)in the basal diet.Blood was collected on d-7,0,7 and 14 relative to parturition,and serum was separated to detect serum biochemical indicators and other metabolites concentration.Milk yield was recorded from d 1 to d 15 postpartum,and milk was collected and analyzed on d 30 postpartum.The results showed that prepartum supplementation of RPC significantly increased the average daily milk yield(P<0.05),decreased the activities of serum alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase and lactate dehydrogenase(P<0.05),and decreased the levels of serum total protein,globulin and cholesterol(P<0.05).The above results showed that prepartum supplementation of RPC(30 g/d)could significantly improve milk yield and hepatic function in transition dairy cows.
