摘要
试验旨在研究不同硬度对玉米粉碎粒度及粒度分布的影响。选取低硬度、高硬度的2种饲用玉米,使用锤片式粉碎机粉碎,采用BT-2900动态颗粒图像分析系统测定粉碎玉米的粒度大小及粒度分布,每个样品3个重复。结果表明:低硬度与高硬度玉米的硬度分别为97.42、237.40 N;低硬度、高硬度玉米颗粒的粉碎粒度分布在300~1700μm,分别为80.13%、81.03%;其中在600~850μm颗粒粒径范围内2种玉米的占比达到最高,都大于20%;颗粒粒度小于300μm的占比较小,低硬度与高硬度玉米分别为9.52%、7.11%;颗粒粒度大于1700μm的占比分别为10.35%、11.86%。综上所述,相同粉碎工艺条件下,随着玉米硬度增加,粉碎颗粒的重量几何平均粒径增大、均匀性变好。
In order to study the effect of different hardness on particle size and particle size distribution of corn,and to provide certain theoretical basis and data for corn crushing in feed production.Low hardness and high hardness forage corn were selected to be crushed by using a hammer type crusher,and the particle size and particle size distribution of crushed corn were determined through the BT-2900 dynamic particle image analysis system.The results showed that,the hardness of low hardness corn was 97.42N,and that of corn with high hardness was 237.40N.The particle size distribution of corn with low hardness and high hardness was 80.13%and 81.03%from 300 to 1700μm,respectively.In the range of particle size between 600 and 850μm,the proportion of the two kinds of corn reached the highest that more than 20%.The particle size less than 300μm accounted for 9.52%and 7.11%respectively.Those with particle size greater than 1700μm respectively accounted for 10.35%and 11.86%.In general,under the same crushing process,with the increase of corn hardness,the geometric mean particle size and uniformity of the crushed particles increased.
