摘要
miRNA(microRNA)是在线虫中发现的一类长度约20~25个核苷酸,对动物机体各生理机能具有重要调控作用的非编码RNA。miRNA对动物的肌肉组织的调节作用具有时空特异性。近年来,越来越多的miRNA在家畜的肌肉组织中被发现,其在调控家畜肌肉生长发育上的重要地位也逐渐被证实。本文综述了miRNA在不同家畜肌肉发育过程中的作用,并对其存在的问题以及发展方向进行了展望,旨在为今后肉用家畜的相关分子育种工作提供理论基础。
microRNA is a kind of non-coding RNA with a length of about 20-25 nucleotides found in nematodes,which plays an important role in regulating animal physiological functions.Studies have found that microRNA plays an important spatiotemporal specific regulatory role on animal muscle tissue.Muscle growth and development is one of the most important production performance of meat animals.In recent years,more and more miRNA has been found in the muscle tissue of livestock,and its important role in regulating the growth and development of livestock muscle has been gradually confirmed by scientists.In this paper,the role of miRNA in the muscle development of different livestock was reviewed,and the existing problems and future development direction were prospected,aiming to provide theoretical basis for the molecular breeding of meat livestock in future.
