摘要
特高压直流输送容量大、外部运行环境复杂、一二次设备繁多,一旦故障将对送受端同步交流电网造成较大影响,实时运行中亟需研究构建特高压直流运行风险评估技术。构建了特高压直流运行风险评估总体框架,描述了直流一二次设备建模情况,提出了针对特高压直流运行特点的在线分析关键技术,最后给出了直流闭锁、再启动和换相失败、多馈入短路比等核心分析模块。相关成果已在相关调度机构部署,保障了特高压互联电网的安全运行。
The ultra-high voltage direct current(UHVDC)transmission systems has the characteristics of high capacity,complex external operating environment,lots of primary & secondary equipment. Once the fault occurs,it will have a great impact on the synchronous AC power network. It is urgent to study and construct the risk assessment technology of UHVDC operation. The overall framework of UHVDC operation risk assessment is constructed,the DC primary and secondary equipment modeling is described,and the key online analysis techniques for UHVDC operation characteristics are proposed. Finally,the core analysis modules such as DC blocking,restarting and commutation failure,and multiple feed-in short circuit ratio are presented. The relevant results have been deployed in relevant dispatching center to ensure the safe operation of UHV interconnection power grid.
