摘要
基于核心素养下开展初中体育教学,不仅要将基本的理论知识和体育技能传授给学生,也要增强学生的实践运动能力,使学生在增强自身体育意识的同时体质也能够得到强化。而在中学体育课堂中进行运动负荷安排和调控是实现以上教学目标的关键,同时也是检测体育教学质量的重要依据。
Carrying out junior high school physical education based on core literacy not only needs to impart basic theoretical knowledge and physical skills to students,but also enhances students’ practical exercise ability,so that students can strengthen their physical fitness while strengthening their physical awareness.Arrangement and regulation of exercise load in the physical education classroom of the middle school is the key to achieve the above teaching goals,and it is also an important basis for testing the quality of physical education.
