摘要
在体育教学中,教师和学生必然存在着各种情绪体验,良好的情绪会对学生的实践活动产生一系列积极的促进作用,而不良情绪则会对学生的学习活动产生消极的干扰作用,对身心健康产生负面影响。情绪是心理健康教育的重要方面,却是初中体育课堂教学中容易被忽视的。然而,仅从理论上对教师课堂情绪管理进行探讨明显不足,需要从实践研究中对教师该如何有效提高情绪管理提供策略参考。
In physical education,teachers and students are bound to have various emotional experiences.Good emotions will have a series of positive promoting effects on students’ practical activities,while bad emotions will have a negative interfering effect on students’ learning activities and have a negative impact on their physical and mental health.Emotion is an important aspect of mental health education,but it is easy to be ignored in middle school physical education.However,it is not enough to discuss teachers’ emotion management in theory,and it is necessary to provide strategic reference for teachers to effectively improve emotion management in practice.
