摘要
医院护理部实行岗位管理,打破了以往论资排辈、能上不能下的弊端,有利于由传统的身份管理向岗位管理转变。通过护理管理系统信息化改造,增加了岗位资质、岗位说明书、岗位胜任力评估管理功能,明确了岗位设置、岗位职责、岗位技术能力要求和工作标准,给医院带来了生机和活力,对医院的发展起到了积极的推进作用。
The implementation of post management in the nursing department of the hospital has broken the malpractice of seniority ranking and being able to go up and down in the past,which is conducive to the transformation from traditional identity management to post management.Through the information transformation of nursing management system,the management functions of post qualification,job description and post competency assessment were added,and the post setting,post responsibilities,post technical ability requirements and work standards were clarified,which brought vitality and vitality to the hospital and played a positive role in promoting the development of the hospital.
