目前,互联网技术在基层社会治理中的应用仍处在初始发展阶段,而"互联网+街道"平台既是社区建设的一种理念思考,也是新形势下探索街道公共治理的一种新模式。笔者根据社区对信息化管理的需求和对党员管理的需求,结合疫情期间公共卫生需求,介绍了"互联网+街道"软件的设计情况,并对街道管理、党员管理和疫情期间的街道情况管理进行了针对性分析。

At present,the application of Internet technology in the primary social governance is still in the initial stage of development.The "Internet + Street" platform is a kind of thinking of community building,and a new mode of exploring Street Public Governance under the new situation.According to the needs of community information management and the demand for Party members management,the author introduces the design of "Internet + Street" software combined with public health needs during the epidemic period,and makes a targeted analysis of street management,Party member management and street management during the epidemic period.
