摘要 生理驱动是基于生理仿真建模技术,用数学模型来描述生理系统的结构、功能和内在联系,使用差分方程结合反馈控制机制,动态响应参数变化,并通过计算机语言构建的一个功能全面、可扩展的人体生理模型。笔者介绍了通过整合的集总参数模型构建多层次、易扩展的生理系统模型。该模型包括心血管、呼吸、消化、肾脏、神经等几大生理系统模型以及药代和药效系统模型,能够描述系统之间的相互作用和反馈关系。生理驱动能够模拟不同生理、病理和药理条件下人体各功能系统的运行状态,可以作为单独的生理仿真软件,也可以与模拟人相结合。 Physiological drive is a comprehensive and extensible human physiological model based on physiological simulation modeling technology,which uses mathematical model to describe the structure,function and internal relationship of physiological system,uses difference equation combined with feedback control mechanism,dynamically responds to parameter changes,and constructs a fully functional and extensible human physiological model through computer language.This paper introduces the establishment of a multi-level and easy to expand physiological system model through the integrated lumped parameter model.The model includes cardiovascular,respiratory,digestive,renal,neural and other physiological system models,as well as pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic system models,which can describe the interaction and feedback relationship between systems.Physiological drive can simulate the running state of various functional systems of human body under different physiological,pathological and pharmacological conditions.It can be used as a separate physiological simulation software or combined with a simulated human.
