摘要
邮件合并是办公软件Office的一种高级应用。在日常工作中,经常需要处理大量报表、信函、学生成绩单等数据,这时可以利用Word提供的邮件合并功能来快速处理。邮件合并功能有效帮助用户快速、灵活地完成文字处理工作。基于此,笔者以制作邀请函为例,详细介绍了邮件合并功能的步骤,希望能够为相关研究提供借鉴。
Mail merge is an advanced application of office software.In daily work,we often need to process a large number of reports,letters,student transcripts and other data.At this time,we can use the mail merge function provided by word to quickly process.Mail merge function effectively helps users to complete word processing quickly and flexibly.Based on this,the author takes making invitation letter as an example,introduces the steps of mail merge function in detail,hoping to provide reference for related research.
