白术多糖对断奶仔猪生产性能及肠道组织形态的影响 被引量:12

摘要 本试验旨在通过研究白术多糖(PAM)对仔猪生产性能和消化功能的影响,确定仔猪日粮中适宜白术多糖添加量,为白术多糖的深入研究提供科学依据。试验选用44日龄、平均体重8.94 kg的DLY三元杂交断奶仔猪60头,随机分为5个处理组,每组3个重复,每个重复4头猪。第1组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;第2、3、4、5组为试验组,分别在基础日粮中添加抗生素(杆菌肽锌+硫酸粘杆菌素)及0.05%、0.10%、0.15%的白术多糖,正试期为30 d。从试验第1天开始测定日增重、日采食量、料重比指标,30 d后进行屠宰,取十二指肠、空肠和回肠做肠道组织切片,观察小肠绒毛高度,隐窝深度,并计算出绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值。结果表明:各处理组间平均日增重存在一定的差异,但统计结果差异不显著(P>0.05);0.1%PAM处理组的日采食量显著低于其他处理组;0.1%PAM处理组的料重比与0.05%PAM处理组相比差异显著(P<0.05);各处理间仔猪的腹泻率存在一定的差异,但没有显著性差异(P>0.05);在十二指肠段和空肠段中0.1%PAM组绒毛高度显著高于其他处理组;在回肠中各组绒毛高度差异不显著(P>0.05);在十二指肠段、空肠段、回肠段中0.1%PAM组隐窝深度与对照组相比差异性显著(P<0.05);在十二指肠中和空肠段中0.1%PAM组绒毛高度/隐窝深度与各处理组相比差异性显著(P<0.05);回肠中各组绒毛高度/隐窝深度相比差异性不显著(P>0.05)。 The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of Atractylodes macrocephala polysaccharide(PAM)on the performance and digestive function of piglets,so as to determine the appropriate amount of PAM in the diet of piglets,and provide scientific basis for the further study of PAM.Total 60 three-line crossbred DLY(44 days old)early-weaned piglets(average weight was about 8.94 kg)were randomly assigned to 5 treatments and each treatments had 3 replicates with 4 pigs per replicates.GroupⅠwas feed with based diet as control group(CK),groupsⅡ,Ⅲ,IV,V were added antibiotic(bacitracin zinc+polymyxin E)or 0.05%,0.10%,0.15%natural PAM in the based diet.This experiment had one phases,total of 30 days,every day recorded diarrhea numbers,after 30 days,the performance,intestinal tract were measured.The results showed that the daily gain did not show significant difference(P>0.05)on each group,but 0.1%PAM group were better than other groups.The daily feed intake of 0.1%PAM group was significant lower(P<0.05)than other groups.The feed conversion ratio of 0.1%PAM group showed significant difference(P<0.05)compared with 0.05%PAM group.The diarrhea rate in each group did not show significant difference(P>0.05).Villus height of duodenum and jejunum in 0.1%PAM group showed significant difference(P<0.05)compared with other group,villus height of ileum had no significant difference(P>0.05)in each group.The recess depth of duodenum,jejunum,ileum in 0.1%PAM group showed significant difference(P<0.05)compared with control group.Villus height/recess depth of duodenum,jejunum in 0.1%PAM group showed significant difference(P<0.05)compared with other group;Villus height/recess depth of ileum in each group did not show significant differenceon(P>0.05).
