中小企业"融资难"是困扰世界各国的难题,由于特殊的金融体系,这一问题在我国尤为严重。中小饲料企业,作为涉农企业,融资尤为困难。近年来,在政策和竞争的双重驱动下,我国金融体系的市场化程度不断提高,农村金融供给主体多样化,给饲料企业带来了诸多影响,主要包括资金可得性大为提高、融资成本回归正常、资金获取速度增快等。但同时,一些受制于饲料企业本身特点的融资困难,并没有从根本上被解决,本身管理不规范的饲料企业可能会在下一轮的竞争中被淘汰。

In long period,because of the particular conditions of financial industry in our nation,small and medium-size enterprises have been facing the problem of funding.Feedstuff enterprises are not exceptional and also have to rely on internal financial and private funding.In recent years,the development of marketization of financial industry of our country has encouraged or forced more financial institutions to pay attention to rural market.The diversity of financial resource suppliers has brought or will bring some positive influence on feed-stuff enterprises,including higher accessibility to financial resource,lower financial cost.However,because of the inherent weaknesses of small and medium-size feedstuff enterprises,the problem of funding is unlikely to be resolved completely.The enterprises who lacking good management and operation will be eliminated because the well-performance enterprises will gain more support from financial institutions.
