2020年3月31日举行的国务院常务会议,确定了中央财政采取以奖代补,支持京津冀等重点地区淘汰国Ⅲ及以下排放标准柴油货车。这是一个相当明显的信号,说明在国家层面已经开始拉开了国Ⅲ车型逐渐退出市场的序幕。截至目前,部分省份、城市已经出台相关政策逐步开启对国Ⅲ车辆的淘汰进程,如禁行、限行、停止年检,有些地区则采用引导性的补贴政策,鼓励用户主动换车。
